Shri. Eswaran is a senior disciple and protégé of the internationally renowned and eminent philosopher, Swami A. Parthasarathy. Shri. Eswaran grew up in a traditional household in Chennai. His inclination towards social work, philosophy, religion, and classical music moulded his thinking from an early age. Shri. Eswaran completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chennai. After a long search, he was fortunate to meet Swamiji and come under his tutelage at the Vedanta Academy, completing the 3 year course in Vedanta Philosophy. This exposed him to the intricacies of philosophical thought and the interesting challenge of learning the English language, as he had only been exposed to Tamil thus far. He rounded off his formal education with an MS and a Ph.D in Psychotherapy.
